*Customers have 30 days from the time the amplifier is request a return. We will email you a return label and you will be responsible for dropping the package off with UPS. Returns must be in brand new condition, in original packaging. Once we receive your product, your purchase will be refunded minus shipping and processing charges. Shipping costs average $30 each way depending on your location and product. Processing charges are 4% for credit card and PayPal, and between 6% and 10% for Affirm.
