Returns Policy (US Customers ONLY)
Customers have 30 days from the time the amplifier is received to request a return. We will email you a return label and you will be responsible for dropping the package off with UPS. Returns must be in brand new condition, in original packaging. Once we receive your product, your purchase will be refunded minus shipping and processing charges. Shipping costs average $30 each way depending on your location and product. Processing charges are 4% for credit card and PayPal, and between 6% and 10% for Affirm.
Right here in Denver, CO! We source our components and materials from local and global suppliers, bring them to our shop for assembly, then we bench test AND play test every single Henriksen Amplifier before shipping it to you.
We will take older model Henriksen amplifiers in trade on a case-by-case basis, if you have an older Henriksen and want to trade up please email info@henriksenamplifiers.com for more details. Please understand that we do not refurbish and re-sell these older models, they simply get parted out for service, so we may not offer what you could sell them for on the used market.
Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. However, it is probably best to check our DEALERS page to see if there is a local dealer because shipping, customs fees, VAT and taxes will have to be collected at delivery.
We pride ourselves on having industry-leading customer service. For direct customers in the US, if anything happens to your amp in first 90 days we simply ship you a new one in exchange for your faulty amp. If there’s a problem during the 5 year warranty period, we charge a very low flat fee that covers shipping both directions, we email you a shipping label and all you have to do is package the amp carefully and take it to UPS. For out of warranty products, we still only charge a very reasonable flat fee that covers shipping both directions and 3 hours of bench time and all common stocked parts.
All of our amps basically sound the same, The Blu series has 1 channel, and The Bud series has 2 channels. Each is available in either a 6″ or 10″ version, so your decision should be based on how many channels you want, and whether or not the 6 is big enough or if you need the 10. The Bud series has an input gain on each channel and a wider spectrum of EQ center frequencies, this is to accommodate microphones because we assume with 2 channels, one of them may be used for a mic.
We no longer sell through retailers in the US, but you can take advantage of our free shipping and 30-Day trial* to check it out in your own space. If you’re not completely in love with it, just let us know and we’ll email you a return label. If you are outside the US, please check out DEALERS page to find the nearest dealer in your country.
