Complete Contest Rules

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Henriksen Amplifiers are not eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person. To enter, complete and submit the official contest entry form on the Henriksen Amplifiers website. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (MT) on August 23, 2025. Incomplete or late entries will not be considered.

3. Consent & Communications

By entering, you authorize Henriksen Amplifiers to collect and use your contact information to administer the contest and to communicate with you about products, services, promotions, and related updates. Your participation does not require ongoing subscription, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions included in any email from us.

4. Prize & Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email and phone. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be chosen. The winner’s name may be announced publicly once confirmed.

5. General Conditions

  • All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Henriksen Amplifiers’ sole discretion.

  • Any taxes or fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  • Henriksen Amplifiers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Henriksen Amplifiers, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
