RETURNS POLICY (US Customers only) – Customers have 30 days from the time the amplifier is received to request a return. We will email you a return label and you will be responsible for dropping the package off with our designated shipper. Returns must be in brand new condition, in original packaging. Once we receive your product, your purchase will be refunded minus shipping and processing charges. Shipping costs average $30 each way depending on your location and product. Processing charges are 4% for credit card and PayPal, and between 6% and 10% for Affirm.


WARRANTY POLICIES
90 Day Advanced Replacement
– If your amplifier malfunctions in the first 90 days, Henriksen will simply ship a brand new replacement at NO COST with a return label for the defective amp included. Advanced replacement products may be delayed if inventory is not available, they do go to the top of the list and time delayed does not count against any warranty period. After the 90 day period, Henriksen will charge a small flat-rate fee for shipping both directions, all parts and labor are covered under the warranty.
5 Year Factory Warranty – Henriksen Amplifiers offers a 5-Year Warranty for products manufactured and purchased in the United States. This warranty will be voided by misuse, improper physical environment, accident or improper maintenance. Warranty is non-transferable, and is for new amplifiers purchased directly from Henriksen Amplifiers or from authorized Henriksen dealers in the United States only. For amplifiers purchased outside the United States, please refer to the retailer from which the amplifier was purchased for their warranty policy. Henriksen, Inc. warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. If this product does not function properly Henriksen, Inc. will either repair the original product or replace the product with one that is functionally equivalent. For warranty service there is a very low flat rate charged to cover shipping in both directions.

Most items are available to ship within 48 hours of ordering. Once your order is processed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
